針(zhen)對現場的實際情(qing)況,我公司經過關,*終研制出一種利用新(xin)試驗方(fang)法進行測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)的儀(yi)器,這(zhe)就是三(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)感測(ce)(ce)試儀(yi)。該儀(yi)器可以在(zai)不(bu)拆(chai)線的狀(zhuang)態下,測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)成組并聯(lian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器的單相電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)或各種組合(he)連(lian)接類型的三(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器,同時也(ye)能(neng)夠測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)各種電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器的電(dian)(dian)(dian)感,本儀(yi)器還能(neng)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)工(gong)頻狀(zhuang)況(kuang)下的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,該儀(yi)器接線方(fang)便,操(cao)作簡單,減(jian)輕了(le)檢修人員的工(gong)作負擔,大(da)大(da)提高(gao)了(le)現場的測(ce)(ce)試效率,為電(dian)(dian)(dian)網的正常運行提供了(le)可靠保障。

本儀器(qi)(qi)可(ke)在不拆線情況下測(ce)量(liang)成組并聯電(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)單個單相(xiang)電(dian)容(rong)及同時測(ce)量(liang)各種(zhong)連接類型(xing)的(de)(de)三(san)相(xiang)電(dian)容(rong),同時本儀器(qi)(qi)也能測(ce)量(liang)各種(zhong)電(dian)抗器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)電(dian)感(gan)量(liang),還可(ke)以做為(wei)工頻電(dian)流測(ce)試(shi)儀使用(yong)(yong),一機三(san)用(yong)(yong),滿(man)足現場(chang)的(de)(de)多種(zhong)使用(yong)(yong);

測(ce)量時(shi)本(ben)儀器顯示測(ce)量電容值或電感值的同時(shi)還可(ke)以顯示測(ce)量的電壓、電流、功率、頻率、阻抗、相位(wei)角等數據,以便更好(hao)(hao)的分析試品的好(hao)(hao)壞(huai);

儀(yi)器采用240×128大(da)屏(ping)幕帶背光(guang)的液晶顯示(shi),白(bai)天夜間均(jun)能清(qing)晰觀(guan)察(cha),中文菜(cai)單提示(shi),操作(zuo)簡便;

六、操(cao)作(zuo)說明

當儀器按要求接好測試線及電源線后,打開(kai)電源開(kai)關(guan),液晶顯示開(kai)機界面(mian),如(ru)下圖:

延時兩三秒鐘后液晶顯示主菜(cai)單,如下圖所示:

如果需要(yao)電容(rong)(rong)測(ce)試,在主菜單畫面(mian)(mian)下(xia)(xia),按↑ ↓鍵,選擇 電容(rong)(rong)測(ce)試 后,按 確認 鍵,進入電容(rong)(rong)測(ce)量(liang)設定畫面(mian)(mian),如下(xia)(xia)圖(tu)所示:

在電(dian)容(rong)測量界(jie)面,按↑ ↓鍵(jian)(jian)選擇被測電(dian)容(rong)類型,按 確認 鍵(jian)(jian)進入如(ru)下顯示界(jie)面(選擇單相(xiang)電(dian)容(rong)):

經過幾秒(miao)鐘時間(jian),顯示(shi)測試(shi)結果如下圖(tu)所示(shi):

如果要打(da)印(yin)數(shu)據(ju),請按(an)打(da)印(yin)鍵,存儲數(shu)據(ju)請按(an)F1鍵,如果還(huan)需(xu)測(ce)量同(tong)相(xiang)電壓下(xia)的(de)其他單相(xiang)電容,可按返回鍵返回電容測(ce)試界面(mian),將電流鉗夾(jia)到被(bei)測(ce)電容上,按確認(ren)鍵重新測(ce)量。

在電容(rong)測(ce)量界面,如果(guo)要測(ce)試(shi)三(san)(san)(san)相電容(rong),首(shou)先根據(ju)連接(jie)類型將所需(xu)測(ce)試(shi)線連接(jie)好(hao),請按(an)↑ ↓鍵(jian)選擇(ze)被測(ce)三(san)(san)(san)相電容(rong)類型,比如如果(guo)選擇(ze)三(san)(san)(san)相△型電容(rong)測(ce)試(shi),屏幕顯示的(de)界面如下圖所示:

按 確認 鍵進入(ru)如下顯示界面(mian):

經過一段(duan)時間,顯示測試結果如下圖(tu)所示:

存儲數據請按(an)F1鍵,打印數(shu)據請按打印鍵,按返(fan)回鍵返(fan)回電容測試(shi)界(jie)面(mian),其他連接類型的三(san)相(xiang)電容測試(shi)方法(fa)與上類同(tong)。按返(fan)回鍵或復位鍵可回到(dao)主菜單。

電感測(ce)試及電流測(ce)試與電容測(ce)試操作(zuo)類同,不(bu)再(zai)重復(fu)介紹。

如果(guo)需要設置時(shi)間可按← →及(ji)↑ ↓鍵(jian),選中(zhong)時(shi)間設置,按確認鍵(jian)進入設置界面如下:

按(an)← →改變光(guang)標前(qian)后位置,按(an)↑ ↓鍵(jian)改變光(guang)標處當前(qian)值(zhi)的大小,設置完成可(ke)按(an)返回鍵(jian)或復位鍵(jian)返回主菜單(dan)。

參(can)數設(she)(she)置(zhi)為(wei)出廠校準時設(she)(she)置(zhi),建(jian)議客戶不得改變其(qi)設(she)(she)置(zhi)數據(ju),否則會造成測試數據(ju)的不準。如(ru)果需要(yao)重新更改,必須(xu)在(zai)本公司(si)技術人(ren)員指導(dao)下進行(xing),并(bing)且先要(yao)記錄下更改前的設(she)(she)定(ding)值,以(yi)便設(she)(she)置(zhi)失敗時能夠恢復初始值。

如果想查詢(xun)已存儲的記錄(lu),可(ke)在主菜單(dan)下(xia)選擇(ze)查詢(xun)記錄(lu),按確認鍵進入(ru)顯示如下(xia):

按↑ ↓鍵查詢(xun)所需記(ji)錄,按打印鍵可打印當前記(ji)錄,如果要刪除記(ji)錄,可按F2鍵進(jin)行刪(shan)除,刪(shan)除完成后所有記錄均(jun)清(qing)零。按返回鍵或復位(wei)鍵可返回主(zhu)菜單。

測試數據中各(ge)符號(hao)的含義(yi):

⑴、I:被(bei)測(ce)電容(rong)(抗)器的電流有效值,單位為A(安培);

⑵、U:被測電容(抗)器的電壓有效(xiao)值(zhi),單(dan)位(wei)為V(伏特);

⑶、P:被測(ce)電容(抗)器的有功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率有效(xiao)值(zhi),單(dan)位為W(瓦);

⑷、F:輸出電(dian)源(yuan)的當前(qian)頻率,單位為Hz(赫茲);

⑸、Rc:被測(ce)電容器(qi)的容抗,單位為Ω(歐姆(mu));

⑹、Rl:被測電抗(kang)器的感抗(kang),單位為Ω(歐姆);

⑺、Rz:被測試品的(de)阻抗,單位為Ω(歐姆);

⑻、C:被測試電容(rong)器的電容(rong)值,單位(wei)為uF(微法);

⑼、Cab:被測(ce)三相電容器的AB相電容值,單(dan)位為uF(微法);

⑽、Cbc:被測三相(xiang)電(dian)容器的BC相電(dian)容值,單(dan)位為(wei)uF(微(wei)法);

⑾、Cca:被(bei)測三相電容器的CA相電容(rong)值,單位為(wei)uF(微(wei)法);

⑿、Ca:被測三相電容(rong)器的A相電容值,單位為uF(微法);
